Plectranthus amboinicus ‘variegatus’ is an aromatic evergreen shrub sometimes known as Cuban Oregano or Mexican Mint. This plant works equally well as a dense ground cover or as an herb on a kitchen windowsill. As its common name suggests, it has an oregano like flavor that can be used to flavor foods.

Care of Plectranthus amboinicus ‘variegatus’:
Full sun to light shade. Requires regular watering, but allow soil to dry slightly between waterings if grown in a container.
